With a vision for a prosperous future, Cosimo Repaci embarked on a journey from Italy to Canada approximately 50 years ago. Starting with little more than the shirt on his back, his strong work ethic led him to secure an apprenticeship with one of Ottawa's premier masonry companies.
Through dedication and mastery of his craft, Cosimo founded Tirenio Cement & Stucco LTD in the 1970s, drawing inspiration from the Tyrrhenian Sea. His exceptional skills and personable nature swiftly positioned him as Ottawa's go-to expert for parging and stucco services. Notably, he secured contracts with prominent builders in the region, including Caivan Communities, Cardel Homes, Claridge Homes, Mattamy Homes, Omega Homes, Phoenix Homes, Richcraft, and Urbandale. Throughout his career, he proudly served tens of thousands of satisfied customers.
As Cosimo retired, he entrusted the business to his eldest son, Vincenzo Repaci, who upholds the same commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Under Vincenzo's leadership, Tirenio Parging continues to honor the legacy of quality craftsmanship established by Cosimo while delivering exceptional results to its valued clients.
Looking towards the future, Vincenzo has a clear vision of carrying on the family tradition. With the goal of ensuring the longevity and continued success of Tirenio Parging, he plans to pass down the business to one of his sons, who will inherit the values, expertise, and dedication that have been at the heart of the company for generations.
