"Prior to IntraService I worked in Human Resources and Travel Business and was often relocating internationally. This had its advantages and disadvantages.

On the plus side I learnt about various cultures and built up a worldwide network of contacts.

On the downside I had to overcome frequent language barriers, organise advisors and permits, find my own accommodation and eventually organise schools when the family came along.

Our last relocation, in particular, involved three full days of viewing potential homes with two screaming children in the backseat of the car. It was then I realised how this could have been avoided if we had had adequate help at our destination. I believed that no-one should have to go through this and set about ensuring that no-one would."
