Vesteda develops, lets out, manages and sells homes and residential concepts. Most of the homes  developped are their our own real estate investment portfolio, which includes roughly 27,000 units with a value of approximately €5 billion.
Vesteda focuses primarily on the higher rental sector with rental prices of €600 per month and above. The company offers a comfortable and worry-free living environment with an eye for fine details and designs. The apartments and homes are located in and around the various Dutch cities.
