In reference to a brief introduction of EMASCO Nepal Pvt. Ltd., it is a government registered Manpower Company in Nepal since 1998. During our last nineteen years, we have sent many candidates employed through our company to various countries in Gulf Region, Malaysia, and Lebanon. Our biggest achievement in supplying manpower is to carnival Cruising and Shipping Company, USA and Glenn Defense Marin, Singapore. We have also managed to send some candidates to Seychelles and Cyprus. We are therefore one of the reputed companies in Nepal.

For recruitment procedure, we need following papers with endorsement by Chamber of Commerce of the employing country.

1.      An Official Demand Letter with terms and conditions.

2.      A Power of Attorney

3.      An Employment Contract Letter

4.      A Contract between your and our companies

5.      A Promissory letter to guarantee that all workers will be employed in the company and not to be sent to other country.

Once we obtain these documents first by email for our preview and then original by courier (after our final confirmation), we apply the same for pre approval in our labor department and publish your requirement in our leading newspaper. Thereafter, we start collecting CVs of candidates as per the requirement and proceed for further process such as collection of medical report, police report and orientation certificate of selected workers for visa stamping, insurance and final labor approval.
