Repose Yoga Studio

At Repose Yoga, we look after each student by having small sized classes. We integrate the ancient wisdom of Yoga in the most fun, accessible and modern way. The environment at Repose Yoga is non-competitive and community based with a lot of emphasis on laughter and support. Together we aim to create a community that is healthy and stress free.

We teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasaya Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Corporate Yoga and Yoga for Beginners In-studio and Online. In-studio classes are located in the heart of Mount Waverley which is just minutes away from the surrounding suburbs of Glen Waverley, Clayton and Oakleigh. Classes are held on all 7 days of the week.
