I'm a nutritionist and strength coach based in Edinburgh, specialising in nutrition, movement and strength for long-term health.

With a BSc in Nutrition from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh and over 20 years working as a professional chef, I have a unique combination of academic and practical experience. I can give you evidence-based and workable nutritional advice - and keep it delicious.

In 2007 I started training with kettlebells. I certified as a StrongFirst instructor in 2015, and have been teaching kettlebells ever since. Used correctly, kettlebells will transform your fitness and your body. Train with an experienced and qualified coach.
