St. George's British International School, Rome

The British International School of Rome is an independent, not-for-profit HMC school situated on the outskirts of the city on a spacious site in La Storta. We were founded in 1958 and cater for boys and girls from the age of 3 to 18.

The School Mission Statement

The aim of the school is to fulfil the potential of each individual child and to do so in a safe and caring environment that aims at the highest international standards. The school draws on the inherited educational expertise of the National Curriculum in Britain and shares the aims of the International Baccalaureate Organisation:

‘to develop the individual talents of young people and teach them to relate the experience of the classroom to the realities of the world outside.
