The Healthcare group was formed on 21 October 2008 when the first 3 entities above were rebranded under the Sime Darby brand name. All 5 entities are wholly owned by Sime Darby, which is one of Malaysia’s oldest and largest diversified multinational companies, with a global presence in more than 20 countries. Since 1910, the Sime Darby Group has grown to become a key player in the Malaysian economy and its core divisions comprise plantation, property, industrial, motors and energy & utilities, with healthcare as a growing business.
