Finnish Supplementary School

The Finnish Supplementary School was founded in 1982. The subjects are Finnish language, history and geography. The emphasis is on maintaining mother tongue as well as learning the Finnish way of life and culture. In addition to preschool group (4-6 years), there are three grades: grade 1-2, grade 3-4 and grade 5-6.

The Finnish Supplementary School is located in Overseas Family School premises, 25 F Paterson Road. Classes are held on Tuesdays from 4.15 pm to 6.00 pm. 

Finns in Singapore is an essential link among the Finnish community living in Singapore. The main purpose is to gather Finns together and help newcomers to settle in. Parties, excursions, courses, tours, lectures and morning coffees are regularly organized by SiSu. All activities are organized by three subcommittee groups, which are Culture Committee, Sports Committee and Entertainment Committee.
