The International Institute of Construction Arbitrators (“IICArb”) is an institution established to administer construction disputes both domestically and internationally. Disputants may use IICArb’s dispute procedures’ rules without IICArb administering the dispute. IICArb offers the following alternative dispute resolution mechanisms: Mediation, Adjudication and Arbitration. IICArb offers the following membership: Panel Membership for individuals who wish to register on IICArb's panel for mediators, adjudicators, arbitrators; Faculty Membership for individuals who wish to present training for IICArb.
