Studio Marino & Partners was created in 2003 through the partnership of established professionals, Avvocati (lawyers) and Dottori Commercialisti (tax advisors), all with excellent qualifications and significant backgrounds in leading tax and legal firms, universities and corporations. The Firm maintains offices in Milan and Rome, and has a network of contacts with independent leading tax and corporate law practices abroad, enabling it to provide assistance and consultancy on a worldwide basis. Marino & Partners works primarily on behalf of multinational groups and medium-to-large size Italian companies, and its clients include listed companies, banks and financial institutions. The Firm also offers services related to the wealth planning aspects of its private clients' affairs.
