Anglo-Bavarian Club

In the early Sixties a group of businessmen and professionals from Munich and the United Kingdom, formed a luncheon club in Munich along the lines of similar clubs in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf. In 1979 the club was registered as an “eingetragener Verein” under the name "Anglo-Bavarian Club, Munich e.V." .
The purpose of the Club is to foster social and business contacts between Bavaria and Great Britain. Meetings are held at regular intervals at a hotel in central Munich. Guest speakers are invited to talk on subjects of current interest. Over the years the Club has had many prominent and interesting personalities as speakers in English or German language, as the case may be.
