Counselling Services in France

My name is Simone Cross and I am a UKCP and EAP registered Psychotherapist.  My practice, Counselling Services in France is a Counselling and Psychotherapy Service for English speaking individuals and couples, who are experiencing emotional and relationship difficulties.

I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and confidential space, for people, to explore, express and reflect. I do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach and provide counselling and pscyhotherapy to reflect this, by personally tailoring treatment and sessions to meet the needs of the individual and couple.

Working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in a variety of settings including a NHS Community Mental Health Team, I have considerable experience of working with a wide range of issues and diagnoses, such as; anxiety; feelings of depression, grief and loss; suicidal feelings and self-harm; low self-esteem; personality disorders; abuse; change and transition; problem solving; relationship difficulties, separation and divorce.
