B.F.P.S offers classes from Reception (age group 3 & above) to class XII. From class-VIII we have separate streams of Matric, F.Sc, IGCSEl, AS Level and A-Level classes. BFPS is affiliated with Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad. BFPS is the only Asian school, which is offering IGCSE to the residents of Doha. It is also one of the very few schools, which offers AS-Level and A-Level Classes. The school is a recognized exam and study centre of Edexcel, London Board, UK.

With effect from September 2000, a separate Junior school Wing with a capacity of 800 is already in place. This Wing is  functioning in the main campus and caters for classes from Reception (age group 3 yrs to Class III).

A separate Girls Wing is functional since year 2002. BFPS offers separate girls and boys classes from II and onwards.

BFPS offers College classes (FSC) with effect from September 2002, offering Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical and General Science (Computer Studies) groups. The school achieved another hallmark by initiating AS-Level & A-Level classes in year 2007, as a registered centre for Edexcel, London Board, UK.
