Our Approach to Integrative Counselling
Need a psychologist? We believe in an integrative approach to psychotherapy. We have been extensively trained in many different types of therapy and do not believe that any particular type can treat all problems and all people. We instead take into account people's experiences and needs, integrating therapy from different schools of thought. Our preferred therapeutic methods include CBT, Mindfulness Therapy, ACT Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, among others.
