Guangdong Country Garden School (CGS) was founded in 1994, occupying 33 hectares. It is a co-ed boarding school for students from Preschool through Grade 12. There are over 3,500 students from about 12 countries. CGS aims to educate the students to become world affairs leaders, with Chinese soul and international vision.
International Vision: To this goal, that our students may become critical and compassionate thinkers, lifelong learners and informed participants in local and world affairs.
Chinese Soul: To this goal, that our students may become inspired to strengthen the nation, ethical to benefit others, knowledgeable to spread Chinese culture, principled to be responsible citizens.
World Affairs Leaders: To this goal, that our students may be caring, enquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, principled, communicators, risk-takers, open-minded, well-balanced and reflective. This year in December, CGS is panning to celebrate its 15th Anniversary with a newly-renovated campus.
