Tourist visa for Dubai can be applied are available in two ways i.e. on arrival at the airport only and the other on application at least 15-20 days prior to their planned visit dates.  The visa rules & regulations are different for different countries. The list of countries is issued by the Dubai government who need not to give the prior application in any case whereas for others strict rules needs to be followed to fulfill all the prior requirements.
