At Master Medtur, we secure an appointment and make all payments to the appropriate hospital, doctors and service providers.

As a first step, we provide to our clients the total estimated cost of their medical bills, cost of accommodation for the required period of stay, flight prices if necessary and tourism activities rates.
We personally chauffeur all clients to and from the airport on arrival and departure, all hospital appointments.

We visit our clients regularly while on admission to hospital and buy relevant provisions and snacks for them.

We arrange that our clients have a one-to-one tour of the beautiful city of Cape Town.

We have been working with some major Multi-Specialist Hospitals here in Cape Town, which include Christian Barnard memorial hospital, Blaauwberg Hospital and all Net care hospital Group, Life Kingsbury Hospital- Maternity ward & Baby clinic, Cape Fertility Clinic, and Mediclinic Hospitals Group as well as private practices, clinics, and Spas. They have specialist doctors in every field who competently handle cases relating to the Spinal cord, Burns, and Trauma, Orthopaedics, fertility, IVF, Keloids, Cancer, Brain disease, Heart disease, Kidney failure etc. We arrange the appropriate hospital and specialist for each patient.

We provide documentation required for a visa, for the prospective patient and accompanying person(s) and ensure that medical visas are issued promptly as well as assist on insurance claim documentation.
