We have chosen to keep our portfolio small which has allowed us to keep our owner costs to a minimum by not having to subcontract services unnecessarily. All our homes are beautifully maintained by our owners (with some help from us) and we are at all times conscious that our guests drive the success of the vacation rental business. Our homes are located around the Disney area from Kissimmee through to Davenport in Orlando Florida.
