Our founder already brought Dhaba at Fifteen; the renowned and award-winning Indian restaurant to Norwich. Whilst meeting up with a friend and without the possibility of enjoying a traditional chit chat and chai in Norwich, the desire to create Mon chai was born. When our mind was made up to create Mon Chai, we obsessed and researched and trialled and tested many recipes till we perfected our chai.
