We are a small, family company that prides itself on putting people first.

We set up City Block Management having become frustrated with the costs being charged by management agents in the flats we have lived in over the years. We also had concerns about the quality of service being delivered within the property management sector and knew we could do it better!

Our whole ethos is to keep costs low so that we can pass these cost reductions onto leaseholders. We do this by:

    Working from our home office not expensive city offices
    We call on trusted tradesmen when required rather than having a large contingent of salaried staff
    We don’t add commission on top of quotes for insurance / day to day maintenance works etc. A lot do!
