Clean and Seal

A pressurized steamer is used to clean grout and tile in order to maximize cleaning proficiency. The best grout cleaner is applied with an abrasive and safe-to-use brush prior to the use of the steamer. At the end, the grout is dried and then we apply a sealer to ensure your grout with water resistance. 

Drain Cleaning

When calcium builds up in your shower floor drain, a special tool is used to clear the calcium build up. A vacuum is then used to suction up debris and water prior to applying new water to your shower drain. If you notice white residue in your shower floor drain, it may be time to check for calcium buildup! Drain cleaning is must if you want to unclog your drain.

ReCaulk and ReGrout

Caulk is often applied on shower floors resulting in blackening and peeling of the caulked areas over time. We advise against caulking the shower floor, instead, we recommend using Grout as it is the best to use for your shower floor. For shower walls and surrounding of the tub, we will re-caulk by cutting out the old caulk, cleaning the area and removing any old mildew. After this process, we clean then dry the area and apply fresh caulk as well as fill in any voids of grout you may have.
