Our property finding business model, founded in 2002 by Anthony & Sally Bloom, was born from our own needs and experience when we first began to search for a suitable property. Since then we have been working very hard to build up a very reputable business and in doing so have gained a diverse understanding of the local property market here in Moraira and Javea.

The business model we have is very different to that of an estate agent and allows us to be completely impartial and thus able to provide the definitive advice a buyer needs. We act and represent the purchasers best interest, whilst estate agents represent the sellers best interest.

We are 100% property finders but more importantly are able to give you the open and honest advice you need relative to a Moraira or Javea property being a good investment and easy to sell in the future. A property purchase is a big decision and most of the time " all is not as it may seem". So no matter how well versed you may think you are in buying property it’s best to get that hands on advice.

We listen very carefully to fully establish your needs to ensure we do not waste your time or ours. The groundwork and legwork we put in day to day, in and around the Javea and Moraira area, ensures we constantly have our finger on the pulse within an ever changing market place. This enables us to provide the essential advice you are looking for before committing to viewings. Over the years we have seen many estate agents call themselves property finders, especially if they do not have the stock. However, remember this is secondary to their main Real Estate business and use of manpower.

As we have nothing to sell, our time and dedication is spent scouring the market and our “cherry picking” approach covers the entire local market not just a handful of contacts! It has taken years to build up the great working relationships we have with our many colleagues within our industry and in essence, if the property exists we find it and have many satisfied customers to prove it.
