The majority of land is owned by us and therefore we sell direct to the client. This enables us to control the quality of build and be very competitive on prices.

All new build property comes with a 10 year structural guarantee. If you are interested, we can arrange an inspection trip to Portugal. This is essential if you are thinking of buying in the Algarve. We will pick you up from the airport and take you to your accommodation. Should you wish, we are able to arrange accommodation at special rates with hotels we work with.1-2 days is normally sufficient for us to escort you around the sites. You can see developments at various stages of build and be able to judge the quality of the build and the materials used in our developments. This will also be an opportunity to ask any questions regarding construction, materials, payment terms, contract details etc. If you would like to stay longer and make a holiday of the trip we can arrange the additional stay and car hire at special rates.

We can recommend a number of reputable English speaking lawyers, with whom we have worked with over a number of years. If you prefer, you can also choice your own legal adviser. There is no charge for the initial meeting with the Lawyer, and you can discuss all legal matters regarding the purchasing process, i.e. land registration, title deeds etc. The lawyer will be happy to discuss any legal matters and clarification on any questions you may have.

We can also put you in touch with existing clients enabling you get a feed back of their experiences in dealings with our company.

Once the client has decided that he would like to go ahead with the purchase , we will liaise with the lawyers, architects and our builders to meet the clients requirements. After agreeing a project, the Architect will produce a draft drawing for approval by the client. This will be provided free of charge. Once the client is happy with the choice of project, we will instruct the Architect to draw plans for subsequent submission and approval. We will be able to provide detailed project and legal costs at this stage.
