Founded in 1981, Arun Microelectronics started life as a design consultancy. In 1986 the company began manufacturing the ultra-high vacuum (UHV) Ion gauge controller and ultra-high vacuum-compatible stepper motors (VCSMs).
The company now specialises in the manufacture of UHV instrumentation and in-vacuum motion systems and is a leading global manufacturer of Bayard Alpert UHV Vacuum Gauges, UHV ion gauge controllers and vacuum compatible stepper motors for industrial, scientific and R&D applications.
