We differ from many construction companies managed by non Portuguese nationals as our building work is done in-house so we are able to offer very competitive prices as there are no middle men taking their percentage. The building work is overseen by our own Technico of Civil Construction ‘ ( a position similar to an Engineer ), who has 19 years of experience with commercial and domestic construction.
