The transferee client fills in the Requirement Questionnaire and we call them to clarify details and identify special requirements.

And once the transferee has made a choice, we take care of all the administrative formalities which invariably run smoothly thanks to our established legal and property expertise.
After the move:
If any problems arise once transferees have moved in, they can rely on us to be on hand with help and answers. We are happy to help our clients throughout their stay in Switzerland. We know they appreciate a one-stop source of advice, particularly being Welcomed when they need it.
We are sticklers for good reporting. Our consultants keep Welcome management apprised of everything. Our Management Team in turn keeps our client's Human Resources Manager informed about the status
