Radical Integrity – in today’s environment, the word integrity is often used informally, as if its definition can have multiple meanings and varying degrees of intention. Integrity has to be a black and white issue, you either have integrity or you don’t; gray is not an option. That is why we placed the descriptor radical in front; we have to have integrity at the highest level, all the time.

Aggressive Collaboration – there’s collaboration and then there is aggressive collaboration. Some may confuse collaboration as trying to "win" the argument and it couldn’t be farther from the truth. Collaboration is about challenging ideas, not people. When you bring ideas to the table and challenge the standard or norm, you inevitably end up with the best solution. As everyone knows, there is greater strength in teamwork than in the individual.

Unwavering Commitment – sometimes it is difficult to stay committed; sometimes the journey has a lot of challenges along the way, sometimes it would be easiest to throw in the towel. With unwavering commitment, quitting is not an option. You have to be willing to stay on course through good times and bad. When others know you won’t give up on them, you create an environment of trust.

No Excuses Accountability – admitting you made a mistake is never easy but hiding from accountability only delays the inevitable. When you give yourself the latitude to understand that mistakes are human, you give yourself the freedom to own it and make it right. Most people understand when mistakes are made; it’s the resolution that makes all the difference.

Servant Leadership – is not always easy to understand. Many believe it is about delivering high levels of service but servant leadership is really about equipping others to go out and serve. We need to give others the appropriate tools, resources and support that will allow them to go out and become leaders on their own.

Outrageous Results – you take all of the above and in return you will not only get results, but outrageous results! It is easy to satisfy people, but delighting others as we call it, takes service to a whole new level. It is the ability to serve others with an element of surprise, something they were not expecting, that shows them you care and that you take a personal interest in their needs.
