Founded as The Hessel Group in 1987, Orion Mobility was created to provide relocation tax consulting, tracking, reporting and compliance services to corporations engaged in offering relocation benefits to its employees.

Orion Mobility (OM) quickly became the industry leader as the founders worked with Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting and Information Technology departments to create services and products to address critical marketplace needs for tax gross-up and relocation accounting services.

OM has over 50 employees, and our headquarters are located in Wilton, CT. Additional operations centers are located Chicago, IL and Qingdao, China.
