Since May 1993 Delight Realty has been operating in the Moscow real estate market.

In alliance with other members of Delight Group of companies we render complete range of relocation services, renting property and consulting services in the elite residential segment.

Delight Realty is an active member of American Chamber of Commerce and is an affiliated member of European Relocation Association (EuRA)- professional body for relocation service providers

Activities of Delight Group of companies comprise the following directions:

• sale / purchase of elite real estate;

• relocation, lease/rent , property & lease management;

• suburban real estate rent / sale;

• commercial property sale / purchase;

Initially the services of property & lease management, investment consulting, development , and analytical project evaluation have been performed by Delight Realty solely.

Later in 2005 in the course of optimization of the internal management system, the property & lease management and relocation divisions have been allocated in the independent companies under the name of Delight Property and Delight Relocation correspondingly, while the service of visa support of Clients have been delegated to ;Visa-Delight company.

Delight Realty keeps the realtor functions, represents the interests of private investors and Development Companies, we also invest in construction.

Our company has more than 80 employees. Heads of divisions, leading managers and analysts of our company have more than 10 years experience working on the market of real estate. They are recognized as distinguished experts in this field.
