Awareness tour

The client is picked up from the airport, hotel or office by one of our multilingual relocation consultants in our company limousine. The tour takes approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Like every country, Switzerland has its own set of customs, etiquette, rules and regulations. We make our clients familiar with everyday life in Switzerland, and give useful tips as to what the current cultural scene has to offer.

House hunting

The search for a new home begins 1-2 months prior to the clients actual move to Switzerland. After setting a date which suits the client best for house hunting, the assigned relocation consultant arranges and coordinates appointments with owners and housing-management companies. The client is shown up to 10 properties within approximately 3-4 days (depending on the housing-market), carefully selected according to his criteria. We negotiate with the property owner or the housing management company, check the contract and take the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transfer.

Hand-over

The assigned relocation consultant is present at the hand-over and checks the protocol to avoid any potential unpleasantness when the tenant moves out again. (In case our client moves out earlier, we are also happy to be of assistance in finding another tenant).

Residential registration

Each new resident must sign up in his new community – this also is included in the Full-Service-Package, just as is opening a Bank account.

Bank account

We accompany our client to the bank.

Public Utility Sevices

Telephone/internet/electricity/radio/TV – we take care of registration, so that everything is in working order as soon as the client moves in.
