In return, you make a monthly HOP Payment which, in most cases, will work out at less than the rent you pay at the moment – you can see how much this would be here.

HOP is being launched by Mill Group, an established property assets investment business. For over 20 years, Mill Group has incubated, managed and advised on projects that combine both social and commercial outcomes for responsible investors within real assets.
