Founded under the Dodd-Frank Act under the control of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), TRID is planned to provide consumers the ultimate in integrated information in concise and understandable form. The mortgage, real estate and title industries have been very active in their attention to the details of the implementation of this new set of rules and documents.
