The Yoga Community was founded in 2001, and is dedicated to the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-devananda. The community offers classes, courses, satsangs, workshops, special guests, and retreats, all in the pure Sivananda yoga tradition.
The instructors of the YC have all completed their training through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers and continue to maintain the joy and purity of the teachings in their classes.
