At 55, I'm an older personal trainer originally from Tonbridge, Kent, UK and now based in Turre, Almeria. My passion for a career in all things fitness and nutrition arrived relatively late in my life, although I’ve been exercising my whole adult life.

I am the author of How 2 Get Fit 4 Later Life, a fitness and nutrition guide for people aged 60 and above, and How 2 Go Vegan 4 Weight Loss, an introduction to veganism. Both books are available on Amazon.

I’m working to establish Young At Heart Fitness as the go to personal training service for people who are in their 50s, 60s and 70s who prefer to train in the privacy and convenience of their own home, garden, swimming pool or in my private gym studio.
