Center for Yoga

Center for Yoga is a comfortable and well equipped yoga studio with carpeted floors, skylights and a wooded view. Our address is Rte. 9, but our building is set-back from the road and feels very peaceful. This quiet and beautiful space nurtures a joyful, spiritually uplifting and often meditative experience of yoga in all its forms. There is room for a maximum of 18-20 students for a pleasant yoga experience.

We offer a variety of styles of yoga so that each student can find a practice most suited to their level of health, fitness and depth of experience. People come to yoga for a many reasons including physical health, strength, and flexibility, mental stress reduction, and spiritual growth and awareness. There is no one size fits all yoga, and finding the right class and inspiring teacher will make your yoga experience enjoyable and most beneficial.

Our teachers are well trained in their area of yoga expertise and have many years of experience both in the practice and teaching of yoga. Most are National Alliance "Registered Yoga Teachers" which means they have had either 200+ hours or 500+ hours of training. You can count on their expertise, compassion and wisdom to make your class safe, individually modified when necessary, interesting and enjoyable.
