Partagas Mille Fleurs

Partagas Mille Fleurs cigars are those sticks that can become the daily cigars of many aficionados. Since I have a large humidor, I’ve purchased two boxes with these cigars and I am letting them to age for a while. However, for the moment, I tried one of them to see how it tastes. I was quite impressed.
Appearance & Construction
I was not extremely satisfied by the appearance of the cigars. Almost all of them had an unpleasant aspect. They were looking, I don’t know, too traditional. The wrapper had a nice color, but on the surface of the cigar I’ve seen several veins, kind of rough. On the other hand, the construction was a firm one. I’ve liked the fact that I didn’t have any issues with the draw or with the burn. Actually, during the entire smoking time I had no issues.
Taste
Partagas Mille Fleurs cigars are delicious. The cigar began with an incredible and intense note of earth, followed rapidly by other delicious flavors as cappuccino, leather, and pepper. I wasn’t expecting so many flavors right from the beginning. It pleasantly surprised me. After the first third the cigar continued to surprise me, in a pleasant way, of course. The second part brought me new delicious and sweet aromas of chocolate and coffee. After this, I’ve experienced lots of other flavors until I’ve finished the cigar. For a short cigar it surely has many things to offer. If it wasn’t for the appearance, I would have said that this is one of the finest Cuban cigars from the market.

These short vitolas are valuable pieces. If you have patience to let them age you will have a treasure in your humidor.
