The Red Spoon Company was initially launched as an online-only store back in January 2008 with a small selection of Modernist Cuisine ingredients. Since then we have gone on to open our first retail store in 2010 and our product selection has grown and now includes gourmet deli products, specialty ingredients, books, tools, knives, kitchenware, dinnerware and more. To this day we carefully select, test and taste each and every product to ensure we have what you're looking for and we're still the place for speciality cooking supplies and hard to find products.
