Production and sale of grass fed, local pasture finished beef on Eastern Long Island. Our beef are humanely raised and never given any growth promoting antibiotics or hormones.
Unlike large commodity beef producers who can sell individual cuts of beef at any time, we are a small local beef producer who must ensure that the entire cow is sold. We are able to do this by selling a variety of cuts in each of our carefully curated boxes.
