Wouldn't you like to give your child the opportunity to learn Dutch ?
Early 2000 Voorschoten and Wassenaar saw the start of LORRE LANGUAGE CLUBS, clubs in which - in a fun way - (Dutch) children between the ages of 4 and 11 are taught the English (or French or Spanish) language. Groups of a maximum of 10 children sing songs, play games and do some 'acting'. At present clubs are active in a number of cities, mainly in the (North)West of Holland. From the end of 2002 the program is expanded with Dutch for non-Dutch kids.
NEW !! Chinese for children! - starting soon -
LORRE LANGUAGE CLUBS use accelerated learning techniques and teaching-material from Oxford University Press, the European Language Institute and other renowned publishers. The clubs are under the guidance of enthusiastic and thoroughly trained native speakers.
The best way to learn a second language is to do it at a young age. In a society which is becoming increasingly global and international, being able to speak foreign languages gives children an enormous advantage later in life over others who did not have that opportunity. Next to being 'a lot of fun' our clubs build the self-confidence of the children and teach them communication skills.
