Academia Andaluza

Conil de la Frontera, the town’s full name, is an old fishing town located on the Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light). White houses go all the way down to a vast beach: the sand merges with the sea and disappears into the horizon.

Conil's beautiful beaches are the most attractive spot in town, as well as the cliffs and the pine forest of Roche. The friendly people, the delicious and varied gastronomy, the streets and squares all make this typical Andalusian town worth visiting.

WHAT HAS THE ACADEMIA ANDALUZA GOT TO OFFER?

We have been teaching Spanish as a foreign language for twenty years. Our quality is proved by the fact that many of our pupils return year after year. Many students come to study with us because our courses have been recommended to them by students from previous years. In the Academia Andaluza there is a very friendly atmosphere, we know all our students by name and we always support them.The school is located within easy reach of the beach and the town centre. It is a typical Andalusian style building with three floors, a central patio, a terrace roof with a sea view, a library, a study room and language labs which include TV, video and computers with internet connection. We offer a wide range of courses to suit your every need, in Spanish, English, German, French and Italian. We offer language exchanges so you can practise speaking with the other students.

In the Academia Andaluza you will find experienced native teachers. Our aim has always been to have a team with a passion for language teaching and a friendly treatment with the students. Most of our staff have been working with us for a long time, some of them since the school started. We dedicate time and resources to give them ongoing training, so we are able to offer you the best service. Our quality is guaranteed by the Spanish certification Certificado de Calidad en la Enseñanza del Español como Lengua Extranjera (CEELE) and we are certified by the Instituto Cervantes.

In Germany many ‘Länder’ have approved our courses for employees’ ongoing training (Bildungsurlaub).

We are certified by the Swedish National Board of Student Aid (CSN).

The Academia Andaluza is a founding member of the Cádiz Association of Spanish Language Schools ‘eleCádiz’, and of Conil Tourist Board.
