ALCE (Aula de Lengua y Cultura Española) is a centre of personal teaching in Spain with 20 years of experience.

Founded by people that have lived part of their lives in other countries as foreigners themselves, it appreciates the challenges of learning a foreign language and culture.It is located in the centre of Madrid, in the Chamartin District, in a building surrounded by gardens. It is within easy walking distance to the metro and other public transport. The classes are limited in size, thus providing an intimate learning experience.

The professors are fully qualified to teach their given subjects, with a goal of teaching and perfectioning the Spanish language, using diverse teaching methods for both conversation and grammar.

We teach students to understand and use the language by means of the four skills (comprehension, listening, speaking and writing). Also, ALCE organises history, literature, and art classes to help its students learn not only the language but also the culture of Spain.
