We combine the benefits of raising a client’s profile by providing solutions for the more challenging assignments. Having helped you define the objectives your consultant will recommend media that will most effectively target the market for you. Copy will be written ensuring correct emphasis for every element.

Throughout production, close liaison guarantees the integrity of your corporate identity. Responses are screened as instructed and interview arranged. Assistance with negotiation is always available. 

Contingency Search

Our consultant will take the brief and conduct a search. Having discussed the resultant list with the team the best will then be briefed and the top CV’s put forward. Thereafter, interviews are arranged, feedback gathered and assistance given with negotiation. 

Executive Search

This is a highly proactive recruitment process, quickly and discreetly satisfying the most complex recruitment needs. Executive search has a very high success rate and it demands exceptional levels of expertise and commitment supported by significant resources. We will be available to discuss the job description and personal profile whilst offering advice on salary levels.

For a process of extensive networking an initial shortlist of appropriate candidates will be submitted. Following an appraisal by our client the most suitable candidates will be invited to discuss the role, enabling us to build up a detailed profile to include full history and remuneration together with personality, aspirations and motivation. We will then submit a full report including our own conclusions and recommendations from which a selection will be made for a formal interview.
