Rachael A. Collier is a benefits consultant which have a lot of experience in the employee benefits industry. I think it is important to me that my clients and their employees know that I am their advocate and that my team works very hard to represent them. I could not suggest solutions to my clients problems without assigning a price tag to each one.  My team at that large advisory firm was not invested in my clients satisfaction, which directly affected the service our clients received.  In short, my passion was waning, and my spark was fading.
