Here at F. D. R. Properties, we know that it can be hard, and confusing, to find a good place to live as an expat in a new area. Especially if you don't understand the local language, abreviations, etc.

We want to work with you to help meet your housing needs, and are open to advice in other areas of your stay as well if possible.

And Lastly, there have been LOTS of changes in the law regarding stays, visas, permits, etc. I HIGHLY encourage you to contact Simon and/or "Richard Choleva" <[...]>, who specialize in staying informed about the latest changes, and all the new policies and procedures surrounding the gathering of information and documents and the submission of the applications, etc. They can save you MUCH time and money that might otherwise be wasted on incorrect or incomplete application processes.
