EASY LIFE PROPERTY SERVICES is run and co-owned by Johnnie & Amanda Langton and Sean & Lisa Bastie.

Johnnie & Amanda have been in Benalmadena since the early 1990’s while Sean & Lisa moved to the coast in 2005.

They both realised there was a shortage of a good reliable rentals company in the area and between them they created Easy Life Property Services and began looking after apartments belonging to their overseas friends. Due to their success in renting out the properties Easy Life and its list of apartments is quickly growing.

Easy Life is based in Benalmadena & primarily looks after properties offering holiday rentals.

They have a locale in Bonanza Square which is close to all of our apartments and a secondary office in Benalmadena plus a contact office in Ruislip Middlesex which is run by Lisa’s mother Jean Flaherty.

The services they run range from a RENTALS ONLY service whereby you the owners can manage your own property while Easy Life feed you a steady stream of rental bookings to a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT service whereby Easy Life take control of your apartment doing everything from obtaining rentals to organising the cleaning & linen to looking after the day to day running of the property.

They are quite flexible. Basically its up to you what you want Easy Life to do.
