Brought to Leeds in September 2020, brand new, The Refinery, offers en-suite rooms in shared apartments and studios with your own private mini-kitchen.
Each en-suite room comes with a comfy small double bed, en-suite shower, loads of storage, plenty of work-space and a shared kitchen and living space with a TV to enjoy with your flatmates. Our studios include all of the same great features but also offer TVs and your own mini-kitchen. Plus, we don’t charge extra for couples wanting to share!
When you want to socialise, we have some amazing spaces for you to enjoy including a roof terrace, lounge, games room and an on-site cinema! Our social space also includes a mulit-media lounge.
We know you’re here to work so we’ve also got study rooms, for when you need to get your head down. If you feel like you need to break a sweat after all that studying, we’ve got our own 24-hour gym so you don’t have to worry about the hassle of finding a gym in the local area.
Enjoy all the perks of what Leeds has to offer, with the city centre only a stone’s throw away and close to all Universities. You also have a variety of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
