As a property owner in Larnaca – Cyprus, there may be times when you are not at the property and jobs need to be done or checks need to be made. Whether you are a second home owner with a private residence, own a property you rent out for holiday accommodation or own a vacant property we aim to tailor our key holding and care-taking services to your exact needs.
For a nominal fee (75 Euro per year), we will hold a key for your property for your specified duration on a contractual basis. Without any extra charge the key may be collected after making an appointment at our office in Larnaca by anyone that has been appointed to do so, the key collector would have show a valid identity document and has to sign the register when taking the key and also when returning the key.
In the event that, during your absence, there are any problems with your property, or access is required by utility companies, guests, artisans or suchlike, we can meet them at the property or any other location in the Larnaca region (we could meet your guests at the Larnaca airport) as necessary. In addition, if you are away from your property for a long time, or have a vacant property that you are selling or renovating we can offer regular security checks to the property to give you peace of mind. There are no end to the benefits of having a local key holder when your property is their priority!
If yourself- or family and friends- are due to visit the property, we can visit the property to prepare for your arrival. For example- cleaning, changing bed linen, opening the shutters, airing the property, turning on the heating, mowing the lawn and getting the shopping done. All of this will ensure you can be relaxed from the minute of arrival without those necessities on your mind!
We charge 35 Euro (one hour) for delivering the key to the needed location and subsequently 35 Euro per hour that our services are required on that location. You could combine our visit to your property with a security check and / or post collection for post forwarding purposes, in this case you would just pay 35 Euro.
In case you want us to deliver the key and supervise a scheduled job that would take two hours, you would pay just 70 Euro. Scheduled visits would have to be arranged at least 3 working days in advance, but could also be arranged by contract (for example a monthly visit).
Visits that are not scheduled in advance, for example an emergency call out, will be charged two hours (70 Euro).
On your request we can also take photos at your property on our visits tha will be send by email, there are no extra costs for this service.

Please contact for our fees as this will depend on exactly which services you require. All care taking services below are available with a key holding contract.
