The Singapore American Community Action Council (SACAC) is a non-profit, volunteer-based, organization established in 1973 by a concerned group of parents with the intent to provide recreational activities and counseling to the community. The overall objective was to keep the community active and thereby reduce the draw of drugs. Today, SACAC supports the American and Expat communities in Singapore by providing a variety of sports programs for children ages 18 months to 18 years, adult sports and leisure activities, as well as offering an established and experienced team of counselors to provide individual counseling and workshops designed to stimulate personal and family growth.

SACAC Sports provides extensive and varied sports programs to athletes of all skill levels. We offer over 15 sports throughout a 4-season year. Our core programs include Baseball/Softball, Gymnastics, Soccer, Swimming (The Fighting Fish), and the only American football league in Singapore, SAFL (the Singapore American Football League).

SACAC Counseling & Community Programs provides resources that capitalize on the benefits and challenges of living abroad. We offer enrichment workshops to assist people in resolving their personal, career and family challenges. Our workshop topics include Parent/Child relationships, Children’s issues, Career Counseling, and Long Distance Elder Care.
