As a psychologist and yoga teacher, science and spirituality have come together in my practise as a coach.
My main subject has always been stress management through relaxation, meditation and CBT for psychosomatic disorders. Nowadays I just know that each of us is unique and our existence has a deep meaning that depends on the connection we have to ourselves and our body-mind-spirit being to search for and follow.
I am offering some yoga mixed with other psychological techniques through a Meetup group you can find in my webpage and also of course personal coaching for anyone who want to work with themselves and improve their own understanding.
